We recently stayed in the Villas (Barn Loft) for a girls weekend. This was a great space to enjoy time together either indoors or outdoors. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The owner Randy was extremely welcoming and provided us with space to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend the venue.

Amazing getaway back in December at the Ridge. Beautiful guesthouse and events center with amazing scenery. Very cozy atmosphere and the friendly hosts will make you feel right at home. The wonderful breakfast was also a huge plus as they are incredible cooks. Would definitely recommend staying or having an event at The Ridge.

Hockey parents!! Our son was in Okotoks for hockey. Randy and Laura gave him a room when hotels wouldn’t because he’s 17. They took care of him like family, made sure his nutritional needs were met based on his ice schedule, and invoiced me for the food/room after his stay. So accommodating and easy! They even let him dry his equipment in the garage! They were amazing, went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. 5 stars and then some!
The ridge is a fantastic getaway from all the busyness, and yet still close to Calgary. Randy, Laura and their family are amazing hosts that make staying at the Ridge a absolute treat. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm. Great place to stay if you are looking for a place that feels secluded without a long drive.
There isn’t anything I can say that is negative about the Ridge. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in… the service top notched… eager to please in every way…staff were smiling and ready to make the wedding a time you will never forget…Itake my hat off to Randy, Moto, Larry, Carlos and all staff for making my Daughters weddings such a success.
The Ridge is undoubtedly the best place to eat, host business events and weddings alike in southern Alberta. The staff treats you like family and offer amazing service and accommodations!

We chose The Ridge for our summer 2017 Brunch wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first phone call to the last step we took off the property when everything was done, Randy and Laura helped us through the process with ease. They worked with our budget and helped us create an intimate, relaxed wedding with amazing food which was everything we had dreamed of. Would recommend this location for any wedding.

We spent the weekend at The Ridge for our son’s wedding. The day was perfect from the picturesque views of the Rockies to the impeccably manicured grounds and gardens. Randy and Laura treated everyone in attendance like family. They along with their staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating to all requests. The food was unbelievable as made by Randy and Laura from the appetizers to the main course and dessert to the Sunday Brunch. The food was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a wedding. I would highly recommend The Ridge for any special event, staycation or dinner. There are not enough words to say how awesome the service, venue and the people are at The Ridge. Thank you for making our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding a special memory for all of us.
We have hosted our annual Christmas party with Randy and Laura for the past 2 years and it has been wonderful! Always warm and welcoming. We will definitely be going back.

We just had our company Christmas party at The Ridge. I cannot recommend this place enough. Fabulous food, incredible service and a great venue. They provide a great atmosphere with beautiful decorating, music and lighting. You will not be disappointed.
From our first meet and greet consultation with Randy and Laura to the minute we said good bye, we felt like family. The Ridge truly opened their doors and hearts to what we envisioned our wedding day to be.
Our experience was incredibly stress-free, at times it almost did not feel like we were planning a wedding as there was very little for us to do. The Ridge managed our special day and the days leading up, flawlessly. The staff was exceptional, the presentation of our four-course meal was pleasing and delicious, the service was on point, there was no question that a wedding is what they love to do. You could feel how genuine, passionate, and committed Randy was to ensure everything was perfect.
The venue was transformed to a breathtaking scene and we were lost for words that could express the beauty of this location not only during the day but also well into the night. There are personal touches such as twinkle lights in the trees, fresh flowers, rock gardens and the ambiance that really makes the atmosphere memorable and exquisite.
We would not only recommend The Ridge but strongly encourage you to take the drive to see this secret gem because like we did you will fall in love.

This place was spectacular!!! I live in Okotoks and hadn’t heard of this place until I was planning a golf trip for the guys and needed accommodations!! Such a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful views of the mountains in the distance and close to town but yet far enough out to feel like you are in the country. Both accommodation and breakfast were superb. Thank you.
