Private Dinner Evenings

Our private dinner evenings are truly unique. There is only one seating and there are no menus as our guests make their meal selections upon booking. There are also themed nights which you can book that feature; Mexican, Cajun or Greek cuisine. On occasion, we’ll fly in Manitoba Pickerel and have a good old fish fry or East Coast lobster.

We really want you to have a dining “evening”. After your meal, you may want to enjoy a stroll, take in our spectacular sunset, perhaps smoke a cigar while enjoying a digestif… Then return for a specialty coffee and something sweet. 

The evening is designed to focus on you, good food in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We serve you when you are ready and you leave when you are done.

There is a transportation shuttle  service available so you can enjoy that extra adult beverage. In the summer months we spread our guests out in our solarium on the verandas, and our garden for that private dining experience while enjoying views of the prairie’s and Rocky Mountains.
